Who we are

What data we collect

• Request form: your name and phone number, plus your email, address or area, preferred date and message if you add them.
• Calls, emails and WhatsApp: whatever you tell us there.
• Visiting the site: the server keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, time of visit).

Why we use it

• To answer your request, prepare an estimate and arrange a cleaning. These are steps taken at your request before a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
• To keep the website secure and working. This is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)).
• To load fonts from Google, only if you accept this in the cookie notice. This is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a)).

We do not use your details for advertising and we do not sell them.

Who receives your data

• Our hosting provider, which stores the website and the requests sent through it.
• Google, which provides our email inbox and, if you accept, the fonts on this site.
• WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to message us there.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, under the safeguards the GDPR requires.

How long we keep it

Requests are kept for up to 12 months after our last contact with you. If you become a client, invoices and contract records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Cookies

• Language: the cookie t4c_lang remembers the language you picked, for 12 months. The site needs it to work the way you asked.
• Your choice in the cookie notice is saved in your browser.
• Google Fonts: loaded only after you press “Accept all”. Your browser then connects to Google servers, which see your IP address.

The site has no advertising or analytics cookies. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to its use, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw a consent you gave. Write to [email protected] and we will reply within one month.
